Our client was founded in 2015, and invests in residential and commercial properties. They have significant, growing assets under management and has become a recognized leader in private equity investments and real estate development, with $1 billion CAD in Assets Under Management (AUM).  The company is growing the key Finance Team, which plays a critical role in the financial reporting of group financial statements, the development and implementation of accounting and financial policy guidelines, and the support of investment initiatives and structures.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Revenue Accountant will assist with the accounting, reporting, and day-to-day operations of their properties under management. This position will collaborate with various teams and work closely with the Accounting Team, Property Operations, Administration, Legal, and other Internal Stakeholders to ensure we apply best practices and methodologies in accounting and financial reporting.

The successful candidate must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills. Candidates should be enrolled in the CPA program, have 1-5 years of accounting and/or A/R experience, with exposure to IFRS and have experience with ERP systems.  The company operates a full 5 days per week in-office environment.
