Our client is a North American leader in domestic energy management solutions, with over 600,000 units under contract with clients across Canada and U.S., and saves their clients up to 40% in energy costs.

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the continued building of a strong, data-driven finance team. This role is newly created due to growth, and reports to the Senior Manager Finance, but will work closely with the rest of the team from junior to executive levels. Your role will have responsibility for leading full-cycle accounting and reporting, with exposure to Board reporting, and will also be involved at various depths with business planning, valuations and forecasting. You will work closely with other finance team members including CFO, and other business groups (operations, sales, etc.).

The candidate we are looking for is a CPA with 3-5 years’ of experience in public accounting and/or industry. A great attitude combined with strong core accounting/reporting expertise will be critical. We need a resourceful, self-starter with a track record of high performance and an entrepreneurial outlook. Based in N.E. Toronto, the company mandates a hybrid, 3 days in-office per week model.
