We are recruiting for a Manager, Investment Finance, an integral role within the Investment Finance and Asset Management Teams, and reporting into the Vice President of Investment Finance and Asset Management. This role is responsible for delivery of timely and accurate internal and external financial and operational reporting for capital raising initiatives and portfolio value optimization strategies. The Manager will collaborate with various teams including Acquisitions, Development, Property Management & Operations, Asset Management, Legal, Institutional Fund Raise, Marketing and Accounting to deliver strategic analysis while applying best practices in all financial reporting.

The successful candidate will have a Business or Finance undergrad and, ideally a CFA or CPA designation. 5+ years’ experience in the real estate industry and working within an institutional investment environment is necessary, along with an understanding of IFRS, GAAP and auditing standards. Our client operates a full 5 days per week in-office at their HQ and compensation comprises salary in the $110-120k range with a bonus target of 10%.
