The company is looking for a Manager, Financial Analysis. This Manager will support the analysis and preparation of monthly financial information and assist in the analysis and preparation of quarterly financial statements including consolidation procedures. You will be involved in research and documentation of complex transactions and provide analysis to support accounting treatment.

This is a one year contract position but there is a potential to move to full time as the company is very large and growing with a finance and accounting department.

The successful candidate will have relevant FP&A experience within the real estate industry, at the experienced Senior Analyst or Manager level.  Location is downtown core and the company offers a hybrid model with 4 days in office and a great culture and work life balance.  Compensation is competitive, including a completion bonus and plus full benefits, including paid vacation and personal and sick days, in addition.
