They are looking for a Director of Finance who is ready to step into a leadership role, owning the entire accounting and financial operations of the company while also being hands-on in execution. This is a growth-focused role—ideal for a finance professional who has built a strong technical foundation and now wants to transition into management and strategic decision-making. Given our small but high-impact finance team, the ideal candidate must be comfortable getting into the details while also shaping high-level financial strategy.
The Director of Finance will be responsible for:
• Ensuring accurate financial records, strong governance, and compliance
• Overseeing AP, AR, cash flow, and financial controls
• Supporting the executive team with accurate financial insights for decision-making
• Working closely with business unit leaders to track profitability, margins, and project efficiency
reporting enhancements.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A, with some exposure to leadership.
• Holds a CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA designation (preferred).
• Is looking to step into a bigger management role while still being hands-on.
• Can navigate the complexity of multiple business units, including agency work, AI, start-up funding, and consulting.
• Has experience with financial operations, budgeting, and compliance.
