We are recruiting a Director Financial Systems to report to the Senior Director, and;

• Manage a professional team of 7, including Managers and Analysts. 
• Owns and leads the Finance ERP and Procurement systems and is responsible for the enhancements, maintenance, and future implementations of these systems.
• Lead the Finance automation program including overseeing the RPA program on behalf of the finance team and will provide thought leadership with respect to Finance Technology and trends to recommend and champion digital initiatives, automation opportunities and leading finance technology as it relates to the ERP system and other technology solutions.
• To provide full cycle support to Finance and its business partners, this role will act as the change leader for process redesign and/or optimization initiatives as a result of new finance system implementations. 

The successful candidate will be professionally designated (CPA preferred) with 8+ years of relevant and progressive  finance technology experience and proven leadership skills.
